I’m a writer, feminist, social justice activist, and poet.

I write about living with arthritis, politics, feminist issues, and issues regarding social welfare.

'Skeletal Mosaic' is a collection of poems about these things. 

About ‘Writehanded’

My Writehanded banner was created for me by my dear friend Jem Yoshioka.

I’ve been using the pseudonym Writehandedgirl for some time. It was a silly and impulsive choice but it’s come to mean a lot to me. The two icons in my banner are a quill pen, for obvious reasons, and a spoon.

The spoon relates to chronic illness. Spoon Theory is a terminology and a concept used by people who are ill to explain and communicate that experience to others. Here’s some more things I wrote about it.
