I’m a writer, feminist, social justice activist, and poet.
I write about living with arthritis, politics, feminist issues, and issues regarding social welfare.
'Skeletal Mosaic' is a collection of poems about these things.
My Writehanded banner was created for me by my dear friend Jem Yoshioka.
I’ve been using the pseudonym Writehandedgirl for some time. It was a silly and impulsive choice but it’s come to mean a lot to me. The two icons in my banner are a quill pen, for obvious reasons, and a spoon.
The spoon relates to chronic illness. Spoon Theory is a terminology and a concept used by people who are ill to explain and communicate that experience to others. Here’s some more things I wrote about it.
You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to my health and the number of messages I receive, I find it difficult to keep up with emails so please be aware you may not get a reply.
